Ancient Trees Australia/ Margaretriver Grasstrees is a resolute company that rescues ancient and protected trees from approved land clearings, in various locations in our wonderful world. Example, a new housing estate or road has been approved by relevant government departments and from there we do our absolute best to get wind of the such clearings and to beat the bulldozers! From such salvage locations, we manoeuvre and wrestle (sometimes inch by inch for hundred/ thousands of km😅) these GREAT Grandaddies Of The Bush or Monsters From The Desert back to our various HQ's or temp holding yards....The more remote locations or challenging logistics, the more I get excited, not sure about my team😬.. After 12 to 18 months of daily nurturing, we look to find new homes where they'll flourish, take the centre stage in all landscapes and brings joy for generations to come.. Although we are based in Australia, we are now embracing globalisation. Your support in our aspirations and achievements is much appreciated!
